MOSAIC COMMUNITY CHURCH MEDIA POLICY

 

Photographs and video recordings allow us to visually express the work that God is doing here at Mosaic Community Church. We desire to share media items captured at our church services and various ministry events through church-produced materials including, but not limited to, bulletins, posters, brochures, emails, the church website, and social media (i.e. Facebook and Instagram).

 

Therefore, participation in church activities implies permission for publication of any media recorded, unless a signed “Media Opt-Out Form” is on file with the church office. This applies to anyone who attends our church except children. Any child without the “Media Permissions Form” on file with the church office will not have their image used. We reserve the right to photograph and record church events, however, in an effort to respect your privacy, we will strive to adhere to the following guidelines:

 

• Any adult may complete the “Media Opt-Out Form” if they do not wish for media items in which they are featured or identifiable to be used in Mosaic Community Church publications.

• Anyone may request a particular media item which features them, or their children, be removed from use by submitting a request to the church office

• If you submit images or video to be used by Mosaic Community Church, you are giving the church the right to use such media items.

 

If you do not want your image to be used in any publication, please submit the “Media Opt-Out Form” posted below (also available in print at the church office). Parents, for media items of your child to be used, we need your explicit permission. Please complete the “Media Permissions Form” below or through the church office.

I object to the release or use of any media images or recordings that will be produced, used, or distributed by  Mosaic Community Church for church purposes. Please enter first and last names of all family members to be included.
